What happens when I finalise a report?
When a report is finalised, all the information entered in the report is "frozen".
This has the following consequences
- the report can no longer be edited and
- subsequent changes to projects contained in the report do not change the result.
When should I finalise a report?
- As a finalised report cannot be changed, you should only finalise a report when all the information is complete and has been checked.
For example, after a plausibility check or certification.
- You should finalise a report when you finally publish your company's GHG balance sheet as part of a voluntary publication.
- The report must also be finalised in order to prepare a CSRD report on the basis of the report.
How can I change a finalised report retrospectively?
A finalised report cannot be changed retrospectively.
However, you can copy the report and make changes based on the copied report.
Can I delete a finalised report?
A finalised report can be deleted if it is not part of a CSRD report.
How often can I finalise reports?
You can finalise 2 report(s) per reporting year.
